HaloVet for the Manta 3
The Manta 3 is well ventilated and sits nicely on your head compared to some other hard hats we've used in the past. Its rear adjuster strap means it remains comfy even when you're using it for a whole day without a break.
Having the in-built eye protection has really highlighted how easy it is to put off being a bit more careful because it's a little inconvenient, no excuses for that now! Dentistry can certainly throw a lot of material towards your eyes and we were really expecting the eye protection to be a help when doing periodontal work, but we've been surprised by how much time we found ourselves doing "safety squints" just with normal dentistry.
But those days are long gone now and with our head torch on the Manta 3 our eyes (and our foreheads) can relax.
Being able to combine the visibility provided by an in-eyeline head torch with the Manta 3's built-in eye protection and lightweight, adjustable safety hat is wonderful.
We're really enjoying using this system every day and it has now become our favourite for everything from dentistry to surgery.
